PAYMENT OPTIONS
In Store we accept all major credit cards, debit card, cash, check and PayPal. Online we accept PayPal. All charges will appear as Lori’s Lemonade Stand.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are captured in our system within 2 business hours of order placement. Orders may take between 1-3 business days to process before shipment.
SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE within the continental US on orders $100 or more. All attempts will be made to have your product shipped within 5-7 business days after order processing.
International shipping will be via USPS International Flat Rate Envelope. The rate will be calculated based on destination. Customer responsible for any extra fees such as customs.
SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. The appropriate taxes will be charged to your total order for all orders shipped to California.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt on all unaltered, unused, or undamaged products. The product must be in the original factory condition, have tags attached and in original packaging.

There will be a 10% return handling fee with a minimum charge of $10 for all refunds and exchanges.

No returns or exchanges for Human Hair wigs/toppers, Clearance Items, or Accessories/Products. All sales final.
